Good Job, Dog! Is a UK-based merchandise company, selling shirts, crewnecks, hoodies & more for loads of great bands. We're a sister company to Dog Knights Productions; a record label established in 2010.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN SHOULD IT ARRIVE?
First of all, thank you!
The Good Job, Dog! mail-order system is extremely efficient; all orders are packed as soon as they are noticed. Once yours has been packed it will be taken to the post office with all other outgoing mail. From this point on, your parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail and we have no say in what happens, but hopefully they will do their job and safely deliver it to you soon. This is how long you should have to wait for your order to arrive:
UK 3-7 days
EUROPE 5-10 days
USA / CANADA 7-14 days
REST OF THE WORLD 7-21 days
*Note that these are approximate dates, it could arrive a bit quicker or take longer to be delivered to you, especially with international orders
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Make sure you check the email address linked to your PayPal account.
I PLACED AN ORDER A FEW WEEKS AGO AND IT NEVER ARRIVED. DID YOU EVEN BOTHER SENDING IT?
Er, yes... If you've received a dispatch confirmation email, your order has definitely been sent. If for some reason you didn't receive a dispatch confirmation email, your order has still definitely been sent. Unfortunately stuff does sometimes go missing, but remember that this sucks for everyone. Before asking where your order is, please make sure you have done the following:
- Read the item description carefully. Is it a pre-order? If it is, it will clearly say so right at the top of the item description in bold text, and on the drop-down tab when you selected which vinyl variant you're buying. So if the record isn't due to ship for another few weeks, there's no need to worry
- Check with your local sorting office, neighbours and post carrier. It might seem unlikely, but a lot of orders that have been feared missing in the past have been left with neighbours
- Have you waited a little longer than the estimated delivery times? Has there been any kind of holiday (Christmas?!) that might have delayed your delivery by a couple of days?
If you've answered 'yes' to the above, email email@example.com with your full name, address and what you ordered and we will sort it out for you as soon as possible. Rude & accusatory emails will not be tolerated.
I THINK I'VE BEEN OVERCHARGED ON POSTAGE, STOP TRYING TO RIP ME OFF?!
Sometimes the store can give incorrect postage rates if you're ordering multiple items, it should be pretty spot-on most of the time but it can happen. Unfortunately, this is hard to keep track of, so if you've been charged £12 and the delivery sticker says £6, you are entitled to a partial refund. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will get back to you right away.
However, please note that postage charges include PayPal fees and packaging costs. This is standard, literally every single record label / business will do this.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
If there's any kind of problem with your order, please email email@example.com or fill out the 'contact' form on the store's page and you should receive a reply very quickly.
Any PayPal-related problems must be taken up with them. Sorry, but we cannot help with bugs in their system.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If we've messed up, like sending the wrong item, then get in touch and we'll sort it right away. If there's nothing wrong with the order and you've simply 'changed your mind', there's nothing we can do.
